General Information

The Deerbrook Townhomes are about halfway through the eagerly-anticipated exterior renovation. This work includes a completely new exterior—roofs, siding, windows, doors, lighting, snow-melted concrete walkways and decks, and new hot tubs.

During the construction period, access to Deerbrook is severely limited, allowing the contractor an unimpeded work environment to complete the project! As noted in earlier reports, the Date of Substantial Completion has moved from November 24th to December 14th, primarily due to changes in the scope of work and supply-chain issues. This does not mean all units will not be available before then, just that owners and guests should anticipate some on-going work and clean-up happening until then. 

NB: If you plan to visit your unit during the construction period, we ask that you provide us a week's notice, that you sign in and out at the construction office located along the upper driveway, and that you wear hard hats at all times. It is important for the contractor to know when you are planning to come because the walkways are being replaced and there may be literally no access to your unit.
