The Deerbrook Townhome Condominiums HOA is seeking approval from the Town of Snowmass Village to replace the existing single-car garages with double-car garages, and add surface parking spaces, a swimming pool, and fitness room. On January 18, 2022, the Town of Snowmass Village Town Council unanimously passed a resolution approving the Sketch Plan Review Application and allowing Deerbrook to move forward to the second phase of the approval process—the Preliminary Plan. As the Preliminary Plan is updated, the Sketch Plan Review Application below will be removed and replaced with new material.

The Sketch Plan Review application is below with the exception of Exhibit 20 which is too large to upload to this site. It is a photo rendering of the proposed improvements when viewed from Ridge Road. Exhibit 7 has been broken into 7a and 7b because of file size. The full application can be viewed here:

On January 3, 2023, the Town Council granted a 180-day extension of time to file the application for the Preliminary Plan. The design team has been working hard over the last several months and is hopeful to be able to submit the application in April. As soon as the final coordination set is completed, we will post that on this website.

Some of the exciting features of the proposed plan include double-car garages with a double row of frosted glass windows on the top rows, assigned covered carport spaces as near to each building as we can put them, separate trash and recycling areas on each cul-de-sac, a swimming pool with a 25-meter lap lane, and a fitness center with fantastic views to the north and east!
