Deerbrook Townhome Condominium Association HOA

Deerbrook Townhomes are ideally situated slope-side on world-renowned Snowmass Ski Resort. Ski access to Assay Hill is "click-in/click-out" right off the back patio. Catch the gondola to Elk Camp in less than five minutes! Deerbrook is comprised of 15 units, all four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom, three-level townhomes of just under 3,000 square feet.  Most units have two master suites. Some units have added a media room or a home office. All additional bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there are private balconies on the middle and upper levels.

Through the summer of 2022 and winter of 2022–2023, Deerbrook is getting a complete exterior make-over! Most units have or are in the process of upgrading HVAC systems to include air conditioning and humidification.
